The Dutch passenger transport group, Abellio was awarded the contract to operate Scotland’s National Railway, ScotRail from 1st April 2015. When this was announced by Transport Scotland they told the nation to expect a transformation in rail travel across the country. Abellio’s mission was to re-think the ScotRail service to make sure it reflected the way customers want to live. Whatever the journey, their aim was to make it better for you.
I joined The Union to help bring a number of Scotrail communications to life across campaigns including ‘Your Ticket to Scotland’ with animated digital signage, and also the opening of the new Borders Railway with promotional signage for Edinburgh’s Waverley Station.
